2MCE FM Guide Dogs: Better regulation of emotional support animals needed

Seeing a guide dog lead its owner down a busy street is a relatively familiar occurrence, now, a new category of support animals has entered the public sphere -emotional support animals. This new service animal phenomenon raises questions around the rules and practices surrounding these animals’ roles. To discuss these questions Community Drive spoke with Dr Rachel Hogg, lecturer in the Charles Sturt University School of Psychology.
