The featured album was THE LEDGER by FINDLAY NAPIER AND GILLIAN FRAME WITH MIKE VASS (Cheery Groove). www.findlaynapier.com/the-ledger In the 1950s and 1960s, The Scotsman newspaper published a traditional Scottish folk song each week, with notes by folklorist Norman Buchan. Findlay Napier’s grandfather kept a ledger of these songs and this excellent album draws from that collection.
