The featured album was HOME RECORDINGS by MARTIN SIMPSON https://martinsimpson.com (Topic) When such a busy performing and recording artist finds himself in Covid lockdown at home in the English Peak District, this is what can be achieved with the assistance of his regular producer, now a neighbour. This album is definitely of the same high standard as Simpson’s ‘studio’ recordings, with the quirky addition of the sound of geese flying overhead on one track. A typically entertaining mix of well played old and newish songs from one of the best English folk artists.
