The featured album was POSTCARDS OF THE TWANGING by THE SCRUB JAY ORCHESTRA (Ghosts From The Basement) Ian A. Anderson and Maggie Holland established a reputation playing American roots music in the 1970s as Hot Vultures, before going on to perform as the Scrub Jay Orchestra with a very young Martin Simpson. The scrub jay is a medium sized North American bird with a diet mainly of acorns and pine nuts.
