2MCE FM Alt.Eighties: Marc Almond

The synth-pop duo Soft Cell will be touring Australia in April of 2025 performing their complete debut album (Non-Stop Cabaret) along with other hits and a host of Marc Almod solo bits and pieces. One of those ‘other’ Marc Almond projects was a band called Marc and The Mambas, a combo that allowed Marc to experiment with a diverse range of music styles. This edition of Alt.Eighties mixes some well known Soft Cell pop tunes and features highlights from the Marc and the Mambas album Torment and Toreros.
