The featured album was MOUNTAIN CITY FOUR by MOUNTAIN CITY FOUR (Omnivore Recordings). A Montreal folk group, active from 1963 to 1967, which included the teenaged Kate and Anna McGarrigle, along with Jack Nissenson and Peter Weldon. This live recording from 1963 is a very early example of the McGarrigle sisters’ music.
