Supported by the Community Broadcasting Foundation (CBF) and RPH Australia, presenters of this long running 2MCE radio reading program read from local Bathurst and Orange newspapers, The Western Advocate and The Central Western Daily. Talking Newspaper readers (L to R): Ross, Miao, Donald, Sharon, Graham and Chris. If you're unable to read the newspapers due to a vision or print disability, or you know someone who is unable to access the newspapers, tune in weekdays 12pm to 1pm to hear articles read to you. Our friendly readers are volunteers from the local community and Charles Sturt University. Current readers include Chris, Miao, Sharon, Inez, Donald, Monica, Peter H, Ross, Graham P, Jane, Jim, Sarah, Ali, and Duck. Talking Newspaper readers Sarah, Duck, and Ali. The Talking Newspaper is one of the earliest radio reading programs, beginning in 1978.
