In this interview, Maree chats with Stuart Pearson about the proposed construction of the Bathurst integrated Meidcal Centre. This proposed centre has caused some controversy in Bathurst becasue of the building heights that have to be changed to allow the six-storey medical centre and the adjoining four-storey car park to be built in the CBD – these new allowable heights could change high rise building development in the CBD forever.
