The featured album was SPIDER TALES by JAKE BLOUNT (Free Dirt Records) A music scholar and Black LBGTQ activist, Blount is accompanied by several other excellent musicians as he sings and plays banjo and fiddle on this collection of blues and Black and Indigenous Appalachian music. This fine album is an important contribution to American roots music.
