Gerry Faulkner was born in Galway and arrived in Australia in 1994 to work as a software salesman, primarily selling software and IT solutions to the pharmaceutical industry. Gerry became actively involved in the Irish community in Sydney and throughout NSW. As MC for the Sydney St.Patrick’s Parade for 15 years and past-president of the City of Sydney St.Patrick’s Parade, Gerry’s involvement in the Irish community is legendary. From Gundagai to Tullamore, Millthorpe to George Street , Sydney, Gerry’s dulcet tones can be heard MCing at festivals and street parades throughout the NSW.
